We’ve been watching what’s happening in the surfboard industry lately. BIG BRANDS PRODUCING OVERSEAS are filling the racks in surf shops, while many independent shapers are dealing with higher costs, heavy regulations, long turnaround times, and limited space in stores.

But surfers still want something factories can’t mass produce — REAL BOARDS SHAPED BY REAL SHAPERS.

Our goal is to support independent shapers who want to stay competitive without sending their boards overseas.

 

WE OFFER

PU and EPS glassing, resin tints, sanding and polish, small or medium production runs, and fast turnaround — WE ARE BASED only about two hours south of San Diego in ENSENADA BAJA CALIFORNIA.

We’re opening a small program for independent shapers, and we’re limiting it to about 10 shaping partners so we can keep quality and turnaround consistent.
